What’s included in the Meal Kit?

1 x Spicentice Sausage & Bean Pot Spice Pack with full instructions

8 x Spotty Dog Free Range Sausages

1 x Onion

Fresh Garlic (you can use any spare cloves another day!)

1 x 400g Can of Baked Beans

1 x 400g Can of Butter Beans

1 x 400g Can of Chopped Tomatoes

1 x Pack of Fresh Parsley

To keep the costs of our meal kits down, we don’t include ingredients we think you’ve probably already got in your cupboard. Don’t worry if you haven’t got them, you can add them from our Meal Box Menu and we’ll put it in for you. For this meal, you’ll need:-

1-2 tbsp of Oil or use Lo Cal Spray

1 tsp of English or Wholegrain Mustard

2tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 tsp of Salt

Please make sure you select an available delivery day. If you select a day earlier than can be available as per the table below, we will assume that you want it for the day you have selected but the following week (which is absolutely fine if that is what you would like – you are welcome to order early but we can’t have it ready for you earlier than the guide dates below)
