Mango & Passionfruit Infused Balsamic
Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes are cooked down and combined with a premium wine vinegar and then aged in oak barrels to mature and develop in flavour and density.
This results in a Classic balsamic vinegar to which concentrated mangoes and passion-fruits together with their juices are added to produce this wonderfully exotic, perfectly balanced infusion.
Mango & Passionfruit Balsamic is wonderful on it’s own or when mixed with another olive oil; as a salad dressing or as a dip with fresh bread.
Also delicious drizzled over roasted butternut squash, yoghurt and granola, cheesecake, chilled pear or ice cream.
