Garlic & Ginger Infused Balsamic
Hand picked Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes. Crushed and cooked into a fine quality and then expertly age it in oak barrels. This maturation allows the balsamic vinegar to take on the flavours of the oak and also to become much thicker in consistency over the years. Once fully satisfied with both the density and the flavour, the balsamic is combined with concentrated Garlic and Ginger to produce this perfectly balanced infusion.
Add this delicious infused balsamic into stir-fries, marinades and sauces.
Fantastic for BBQ ribs, pulled pork, jerk chicken, monkfish, noodles and crab.
