Naturally lower in sodium and containing over 60 healthy trace minerals, the Original Crystals really pack a punch so you’ll get away with using 30% less than other salts for the same intensity of flavour.

Referencing century old techniques, took them on a journey around the world to source electrolytes from natural sea salts to enrich their brines, allowing the correct conditions for the sea salt flakes to form. They have an ever-evolving range of sea salts and blended sea salts, all with different textures, crystallised and hand-harvested to deliver the unique Cornish mineral profile that makes their flavour so distinctive.
