Caramelised Onion Infused Balsamic
To achieve this wonderful Balsamic grapes are pressed and simmered into a quality must which is then fermented and aged in oak barrels. When the density is perfect, the result are a delicious, traditional matured balsamic which we call the classic balsamic to which concentrated caramelised onions are added and infused.
Wonderful on it’s own or when mixed with an olive oil of your choice (3 parts oil to 1 part balsamic) as a salad dressing or as a yummy dip with fresh bread.
Drizzle over cheese, steaks, white fish or fish pie, cottage pie, roasted vegetables, casseroles, stews and gravy!
