Where can you deliver?
We deliver to anyone living in SN10, SN11 or Bromham.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free to SN10, SN11 & Bromham for orders over £15.00 – orders under £15.00 are charged at £2.00.
When can you deliver?
We offer home deliveries Monday to Friday. We currently delivery to Devizes early afternoon and late afternoon and to Calne early evening and up to 9pm. We cannot guarantee what time your delivery will arrive outside of these broad times. If you have booked a delivery, please make sure someone is at home to accept the delivery. Free Delivery is a service we are pleased to be able to offer but we cannot attempt to re-deliver as our routes are pre-planned. If we are unable to deliver, we reserve the right to charge for any items that we cannot re-sell if undelivered because nobody was home when we tried to deliver to you. We will never just leave your shopping on the doorstep unless you ask us to and that will be at your own risk (please don’t do this if you have ordered chilled food).
When can I collect my order?
You can collect your order any time between 10am-4pm Monday to Friday and 9am-2pm on Saturdays. If you place an order for collection, we will let you know when it will be ready for collection. We operate a queuing system and you might have to wait a while if you arrive before we let you know your order is ready. If you have chosen to pay by secure payment link, you can call to collect your order as soon as you have paid, it will be ready for you.
How do I pay?
Once your order is picked, we can either send you a secure payment link to your phone so you can pay by card (it’s really easy and means you never have to give us your card details) or you can pay by bank transfer if you prefer. Orders have to be paid for before they are collected/delivered.
If you are collecting your order, you can also pay by card using our clean card machine in our Safe Zone outside of the shop.
What is your Safe Zone?
We created our Safe Zone so that we can still serve customers who do not want to enter the shop during this difficult time. It is cleaned and sanitised after every transaction and we have marked out 2M social distancing points. You can stay in your car until the Safe Zone is free if the weather is inclement – we have a gazebo over the counter if it’s raining. It’s working really well and everyone is happy it is as safe as anything can be. We have hand sanitiser and wipes so if you do feel you need either when you visit, just shout!
Why can’t I see prices for fruit or veg?
At the moment, because of the current situation, the prices of fruit and veg are volatile. Market prices change everyday. We manage this as best we can to offer you an affordable range. We sell most of our fruit and veg by weight, loose. This means if you want e.g. one apple, you can have one apple. If you want 20 apples, you can have that too. Just let us know what you want. Once we have confirmed your order with you by telephone on the day of delivery/collection, we will send you a payment link for the total. If you want to check the prices of any individual items, just let us know and you can make any changes you want to at that stage. We offer a very personal service and we want you to be happy!
