It reduces waste significantly and helps us keep the ever increasing costs of delivery down to the same prices as the big boys. We hand pack everything to give it the best chance of arriving with you in good condition.

Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 for most items. We charge a higher rate of £4.95-£7.95 for heavier items. We usually use a trackable service so keep an eye out for the tracking information in your email box. It will usually come direct from our carriers but could end up in your junk mail, so please do have a look once we’ve confirmed your order has been received so you can track it’s progress to you.
All orders will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Standard Delivery (Mainland UK only) can take between 3-5 working days (please allow 5-7 working days for Scottish Highlands/Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isle of Wight).
Deliveries may require a signature. For this reason, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, forwarding companies, freight operators or lockers.
We have chosen to work with carriers we believe have a good reputation for excellent service delivery. However, we cannot be responsible for any delays in their service particularly during unusual weather conditions. If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will ensure that your order is packed appropriately for its journey to you. If in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged please let us know within 24hrs of receipt – it would also really assist us if you can take an image of the damage sustained. We cannot accept claims for damages after 24hrs.
Click & Collect
We are pleased to be able to offer this free service to our local customers from our Farm Shop in Devizes. If you wish to collect your order in person from our Farm Shop, please select the Click & Collect option at check out and we will contact you to let you know when your order will be ready for collection.
Local Delivery to SN10 & SN11 Postcodes
If you live in these postcode areas, we are able to offer a personal delivery using our own delivery van. Delivery from our Wiltshire Farm Shop is currently free of charge but we reserve the right to charge for this service in the future. Just place your order, select Click & Collect and we will then contact you to arrange delivery at a time slot to suit you. If you order before 12pm we can often deliver the same day (Mon-Sat). We’ll do our very best to deliver same day if you order after 12pm but we cannot guarantee it.
We can only call to deliver once at the agreed time slot, so if you need to change the agreed delivery time slot, please contact us ASAP. If we are unable to deliver because nobody was available to take delivery at the agreed time slot, you will be able collect your order from the shop. If you decide not to accept the order, we will refund the order less a £2.00 delivery charge.
If you have ordered alcoholic drinks for delivery, please note that we can only handover the delivery to someone over 18 and our driver may need to see proof of age. It is against the law for us to deliver alcohol to children under 18 and to keep children safe, we are not able to leave orders containing any alcohol on doorsteps or outside.
This is a personal service that we offer and we will always try to accommodate requests for deliveries to take place when it suits you.
This service is only available to customers in these Postcodes. If you select this option and request delivery to other postcode areas, we will contact you to arrange for the correct delivery charge to be paid before we release the order.
Supply of Alcohol
It is illegal for you to purchase alcohol from us if you are under 18 years of age. It is also illegal for us to supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
If you purchase alcohol from our Farm Shop, you may well be required to provide ID to prove your identity and age – we have adopted the Challenge 25 Scheme. Take it as a compliment if we ask you to prove your age!!
If you have ordered a home delivery which includes alcohol, please note that we can only hand over a delivery to an adult over 18 years of age and our driver may also request proof of age before leaving your order. We are not able to leave orders containing alcohol in safe places either so please ensure an adult is home to accept the delivery (we will arrange the best time for your delivery to arrive to avoid any problems in this respect).
If you order alcohol from our website, you are declaring that you are over 18 and legally allowed to purchase alcohol. Please note that some carriers may require proof of age and ID when orders are delivered .
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
It is very important you supply us with your correct delivery details. We cannot be held responsible for problems caused because of incorrect delivery information supplied to us or for the delay in delivering your goods if it was outside of our control.
We reserve the right to charge for any return and/or redelivery costs we incur if your package was not collected or a re-delivery was not arranged by you on receipt of a card from Royal Mail or our courier.
If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods only.
